Biography
Born on 1959 began to study percussion like a rock and jazz drummer. Later he got the diploma in Percussion Instruments at Music Conservatorium and studied with international renowned percussionists. He started a wide and intense career playing around the world with different kind of chamber and orchestral groups, on repertoires from Renaissance and Baroque to the Modern and Contemporary Music.
Recently he was been dedicated to the discovering of specific repertoire for percussion and commissioning new compositions written for him. Actually he teaches Percussion at Music Conservatorium of Padova and holds different master-classes on percussion at Summer Festivals like also at Academy and University.
